臭氧联合关节冲洗治疗痛风性关节炎186例初步疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 1资料与方法 1.1一般资料 所选病例为2006年2月~2012年2月痛风性膝关节炎病人186例,患者均为男性,年龄21~71岁[(42±12)岁],单发右膝89例,单发左膝70例,双侧膝关节发病27例。首次发病47例,反复多次发病139例,病程2月-20年[(74±48)个月]。术前诊断痛风性关节炎165例,其他诊断21例。均根据术中发现结合病理检查得到确诊。
