美国学界反思“亚太再平衡战略” 被引量：2

摘要 奥巴马政府的"亚太再平衡战略"在给美国外交带来一定成效的同时,其暴露出的负面影响日益显现。2012年以来美国学界普遍出现了对奥巴马政府"亚太再平衡战略"的反思。从美中关系角度反思"亚太再平衡战略"是美国学界关注的重点。除此之外,美国学界在对奥巴马政府重视亚太持总体肯定态度的同时,认为"亚太再平衡战略"本身出现失衡,并牺牲了美国对全球其他区域和事务的适当关注。这场美国学界的反思由于不涉及国内根本的党派分歧和法律约束,而更多的是体现为对奥巴马政府"亚太再平衡战略"战术和方法上的反思与质疑,很可能对奥巴马政府第二任期的亚太政策产生一定程度的影响。更为重要的是,美国学界的反思营造了美国政府决策得以纠正的氛围。
