摘要
目的:观察中西结合序贯治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的临床疗效。方法:将162例幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性的CAG伴癌前病变的患者随机分为两组,治疗组、对照组各81例,两组均予规范服用含PPI的根治Hp四联方案14天,第3周起治疗组予自拟胃萎Ⅰ号方治疗,对照组予维酶素+胃复春片治疗。两组均治疗3个月。观察两组治疗前后临床症状积分及胃镜下黏膜病理组织学积分变化情况,统计两组临床综合疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.83%,对照组总有效率为69.14%(P<0.01)。两组比较差异均有统计学意义。治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:西药根除Hp与自拟胃萎Ⅰ号方序贯使用,可使炎症消失,修复CAG患者受损的胃黏膜,改善临床症状,是治疗CAG的有效方法。
Objective：To investigate the clinic curative effect of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine on CAG ＆ PLGC. Methods ：162 patients were randomly divided into two groups. First two weeks, two groups were treated by Eradication of Helico- baeter pylori quadruple therapy,then next 2.5 months,81 patients in treatment group were treated by Weiwei No. 1 prescription; 81 patients in control group were only treated by Weifuchun with multi -enzyme tablets. Results ：In treatment group,the total re- sponse rate was 93.83%. In control group,the total response rate was 69.14%. There was significant difference between the two groups（P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine can improve the clinical symptoms and the life quality of the patients.
