摘要
目的:探讨空气压力波联合系统化护理干预对防止脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)形成的影响。方法:将110例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各55例。实验组给予空气压力波联合系统化护理干预措施,对照组给予神经内科常规护理。结果:实验组DVT发生率显著低于对照组,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论:采取空气压力波联合系统化护理干预能加快下肢静脉血流速度,有效预防和减少脑卒中偏瘫患者DVT的发生率,在脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成方面有预防作用。
Objective: To investigate the air pressure wave in combination with systematic nursing intervention to prevent cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia patients with lower limb deep vein thrombosis ( deep venous thrombosis, DVT) form. Methods: 110 patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the 55 patients. Group gives the air pressure wave in combination with systematic nursing intervention measures, the control group given routine nerve internal medicine nursing. Results: The experimental group incidence of DVT was lower than the control group, P 〈 0.01, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Taking air pressure wave in combination with systematic nursing intervention can accelerate lower limb venous blood flow velocity, effective to prevent and reduce the incidence of DVT in patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia, in patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia lower limb deep vein thrombosis (DVT) form a preventive role.
