摘要
目的:观察氦氖激光和吹氧联合康复新液治疗肛周感染的疗效和安全性。方法:将72例肛周感染患者按照抛硬币法随机分为试验组与对照组。试验组42例患者在静脉应用抗菌药物的同时,给予氦氖激光照射10 min和吹氧5 L/min联合康复新液治疗;对照组30例患者除未用氦氖激光和吹氧外,其他同治疗组。7 d为1个疗程,两组均治疗3个疗程。观察两组患者的疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组患者总有效率为95.2%,对照组患者总有效率为63.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者在肛周感染持续时间、发热程度、生活自理能力方面均优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氦氖激光和吹氧联合康复新液治疗肛周感染的疗效和安全性均较好。
OBJECTIVE： To observe therapeutic efficacy and safety of He-Ne laser and oxygen blast combined with Kangfuxin in the treatment of perianal infection. METHODS： 72 cases of perianal infection were randomly divided into 2 groups. Trial group （42 cases） was given antibiotics, at the same time, received He-Ne laser 10 rain and oxygen blast 5 L/min combined with Kangfux- in; control group （30 cases） was given antibiotics, at the same time, received Kangfuxin therapy alone. 7 days was a course, each group received 3 course. Therapeutic efficacy of 2 kinds of methods for perianal infection and the incidence of ADR were observed. RESULTS： Total effective rate of trial group was 95.2%, and that of control group was 63.3%; there was statistical significance （P^0.05）. The duration of perianal infection, fever, self-care ability in trial group were superior to control group, there was statis- tical significance between 2 groups （P〈0.05）. There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups （P〉 0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： He-Ne laser and oxygen blast combined with Kangfuxin is effective and safe in the treatment of perianal infection.
