摘要
目的:观察多磺酸粘多糖联合中药治疗化疗性静脉炎的临床疗效。方法:选取60例化疗性静脉炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,分别为多磺酸粘多糖联合中药组30例(观察组)和硫酸镁湿敷组30例(对照组),对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率为100%,对照组治疗有效率为76.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:多磺酸粘多糖联合中药治疗化疗性静脉炎疗效确切,优于传统治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate （MPS） combined with Chinese medicine in the chemotherapy phlebitis treatment. Methods： 60 patients for chemotherapy phlebitis treatment were choosed. Then, the patients were randomized in two groups. 30 patients get the treatments of Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate（MPS） combined with Chinese medicine （treatment group）, the rest patient get the treatments of wet compress with magnesium sulfate（control group）. The allocation help us observe the curative efficacy. Results： the treatment group is 100%, while the control group is 76.7%, which is significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion ： Efficacy of Mueopolysaecharide Polysulfate（MPS） combined with Chinese medicine in the chem- otherapy phlebitis treatment is definite, which is prefer to the traditional treatment ways.
