摘要
为探讨中医药治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机理 ,采用复制动物模型进行观察。发现经异位散治疗 ,异位子宫内膜重量明显减轻 ,异位子宫内膜腺体和基质明显萎缩和变薄 ,能明显降低由于异位内膜所致的上升的 6-酮前列腺素 1α(6 - keto- PGF1α) 、血栓烷素 B2 (TXB2 ) 、雌二醇(E2 ) 水平 ,明显升高下降的孕酮(PFOG) 水平 ,与模型赋形剂组比较有显著性差异(P<0 .0 5 ) 。实验揭示了中医药治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机理。
Yi Wei Powder was made to treat the rabbits with experimental endometriosis.It could decrease the ectopic implants' weight,reduce the number of endometrial glands and atrophy the stroma.The results proved that Yi Wei Powder significantly decreased the concentration of thromboxane B 2,6-keto-prostaglandin F 1α and estradiol,which had been elevated by the ectopic endometriotic implants and elevated the concentration of progesterone( P <0.05).So it was revealed that Yi Wei Powder relieved pelvic pain,dyspareunia,regulated menstruation and had proconceptive effect.
