信息化环境下教师校本研修的途径与实施策略探索

摘要 近年来,笔者就信息化环境下教师校本研修途径及实施策略开展实践与探索,总结了“双轨”式专题培训、“五方式”等校本研修方式以及“任务驱动”、资源共享、策略实施、团队合作、“四步”等实施策略。
