摘要
目的探讨实现高危妊娠的智能化管理的途径。方法以我院运行中的院内高危妊娠监管系统为研究对象,通过阐述系统的构成及功能特点,并通过系统实施前后高危妊娠管理的情况对比,评估院内高危监管系统的实用性。结果系统运行后我院总产妇数增加45.21%,高危妊娠登记率、高危妊娠孕前失访率及产后失访率未下降(P>0.05),多种合并症登记率及高危妊娠孕妇产检次数有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论院内高危妊娠监管系统可有效提高高危妊娠监管的质量及效率。有必要进一步建设网络条件下的高危妊娠监管系统。
Objective To investigate the method of the realization of intelligent management of high-risk pregnancy. Method The running high-risk pregnancy supervision system was researched, through describing the functions and structure of the high-risk preg- nancy management system and compared the data before and after the implementation of high-risk pregnancy management situation, then evaluated the practical value of the system. Result the total number of maternal increased by 45.21% in our hospital after the application of the system, but there were no decreasing in neither high-risk pregnancy registration rates or prenatal and postpartum- dropout rate（ P 〉 0.05）. There were significant improvements in multiple comorbidities registration rate and the number of product inspecting（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The hospital high-risk pregnancy supervision system can effectively improve the quality and effi- ciency of high-risk pregnancy management. It is necessary to further the function of high-risk pregnancy regulatory system by devel- oping the networked condition.
