摘要
各种原因导致的封存病历在医疗机构时有发生,医疗纠纷是多见的原因。现有法律、法规中描述不完整。我院在20余年的实践中做了许多尝试,收效很好,介绍方法提出建议,同行共享。
The seal up for the safekeeping of medical records caused by different reasons happened eecassionally in medical insti- tutions, and medical treatment disputes were the most often reasons. The relevant descriptions in current laws or legislations were in- complete. Our hospital made lots of attempts in 20 years of practice and got good results, so we introduced the methods and provided some advices for sharing.
