摘要
金岳霖通过规定外物的性质离不开关系和官觉类,既避免了从本质外物的立场上谈论脱离关系的性质,又避免了站在心物二元的框架中走向观念论或者进而沦为彻底的唯心论。但是他虽然承认外物的独立存在,却把外物当做"物自体"一样的东西,这就割裂了外物的本然性和官觉性的联系,在这一点上与洛克、托马斯·里德的理论作一对比。
