摘要
企业学习类咨询公司日益受到教育技术学、成人教育学等专业毕业生择业时的钟爱,为更好地给专业人才的培养提供现实依据,本次调研对企业学习类咨询团队(选取的个案)在工作场所中的集体实践进行了考察和分析,旨在应用活动理论的结构框架阐释团队的集体实践情况及其专业能力的动态。所调研的个案是一家中国本土咨询团队,通过半结构化访谈、实地观察、文件分析、有重点的访谈等多种方法来收集相关资料,然后基于"不断比较原则"对资料逐次进行聚焦式的开放编码、节点归类和理论编码等三个步骤的分析性归纳。基于活动理论的原理,提出了四种类型的项目活动结构,即"顾问独立负责式项目"(第一种类型)、"解决方案式项目"(第二种类型)、"团队协作式项目"(第三种类型)和"团队间业务整合式项目"(第四种类型),又进一步明确了这四种类型活动结构之间的相互转化关系,以及与客户专业能力的相对性和动态适应性。
The consulting company on corporate learning has attracted more attention of those who graduate from educational technology and adult education.In order to provide a realistic basis for better cultivating the professional talents,taking a consulting team on corporate learning as an example,the study observes and analyzes the collective practice in the workplace,so that its collec tive practice and expertise is elaborated with the structure framework of activity theory.Multiple methods,including semi-structured interview,observation,document analysis and focused interviews,have been applied for data collection in an indigenous case study.Based on the Constant Comparison Principle,a successive analytical induction is conducted through open coding,node classification and theoretical coding.Based on the activity theory,the four types of activity structure are proposed,that is,Consultant Independentresponsible(Type 1),Solution Provider(Type 2),Team Collaboration(Type 3),and Integration across Boundary(Type 4).The mutual transformation relationship among these four types is further clarified in the study.Besides,the relativity and dynamic adaptability be tween consulting team's professional competence and customer's professtonal competence are discovered.
