摘要
目的 研究慢性肾功能衰竭的可逆性相关因素。方法 回顾分析 356例慢性肾功能衰竭的临床资料。结果 356例中 16例缓解 ,缓解率 4 .4 9%。在所有的原发病中 ,狼疮性肾炎缓解率 (15.79% )最高。肾功能可逆性在下列因素中较高 :①年轻患者 ;②恶化期在 6个月以内 ;③BUN/Scr≥ 10 ;④肾脏长径≥ 8cm ;⑤接受透析治疗者。结论 慢性肾功能衰竭确有一定的可逆性 。
Objective To study recovery of renal function in patients with chronic renal failure(CRE).Methods 356 cases of CRF were analysed retrospectively.Results Sixteen of 356 patients recovered renal function,remission rate 4.49%.Lupus Nephritis was the highest one of all primary renal diseases,remission rate 15.79%.Recovery of renal function was high in following related factors:①young patients;②the change for worse period≤6 months;③BUN/Scr≥10;④length of kidney≥8 cm;⑤receiving dialysis.Conclusion The part of renal function of patients with CRF may be recovered.It is necessary to treat related factors of recovery of renal function in patients with CRF. [
