摘要 光电传感器是工厂自动化不可或缺的重要组成部分,它可实现对精细物件的准确检测.根据光电传感技术原理,制定一种新颖的光电传感器总体结构方案.针对光电检测响应速度快和抗干扰能力强的特点,提出一种基于C8051F330单片机的信号检测算法,用于感应物体的存在与否.实验结果表明:该系统设计简单,检测准确,显著提高了信号检测的可靠性和稳定性,适用于光电传感器对精细物件的检测. As one of the key components for factory automation,photoelectric sensors provide a sensing solution for applications involving fine targets at unfavorable conditions. In this paper a novel scheme of the overall sensor architecture is developed according to photoelectric sensing technology. Due to require- ments of fast response and strong anti-interference performance, a photoelectric sensor signal detection al- gorithm based on C8051 F330 MCU is proposed to sense the existence of the target. Experimental results show that the simple detection system can render accurate detection along with apparently improved relia- bility, which could be widely implemented for detection of fine objects with photoelectric sensor.
