摘要
目的探讨强化护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效观察。方法选取2011年6月-2012年6月入住我院心内科治疗的104例慢性心力衰竭患者，随机分为观察组52例和对照组52例，两组患者均给予抗心力衰。竭药物常规治疗和基础护理，观察组患者在此基础上行强化护理干预包括健康指导、心理护理、药物指导、运动干预、出院指导，治疗6个月后应用明尼苏达生活量表（MHL评分）进行生活质量问卷调查。结果观察组较对照组各维度记分明显下降，生存质量提高，与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论实施强化护理干预在改进心力衰竭患者的生活方式和生存质量方面有重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the Efficacy of strengthen nursing intervention for patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 104 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into 2 groups and the 2 groups of patients were given conventional treatment of anti- heart failure drugs. The observation group were given strengthen nursing interventions including health guidance, psychological care, medication guide and exercise intervention on this basis uplink discharge instructions after 6 months of treatment application the Minnesota lite scale （ MHL ratings） quality of life questionnaire. Results dimension score of observation group was significantly decreased and quality of life was improved compared with control group. The difference wad significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of the enhanced care intervention had an important effect on the improvement of the lifestyle and quality of life of patients with heart failure.
