摘要
切断大鼠左侧脊髓 C8~ T2 前后根 ,隔断中枢与外周神经联系。运用细胞外记录技术 ,在左T1脊神经节(DRG) 中记录到 34 .1% (2 8/82 ) 放电单位 ,对静脉注射垂体后叶素 (PPT) 引致急性心肌缺血及电针刺激内关穴均起反应 ,两种兴奋传入彼此存在时间依赖性抑制。提示躯体 - DRG-内脏间存在神经短反射通路 ,可能是经穴与内脏特异联系的物质基础之一。
In order to break off the association between central and peripheral nervous systems,ventral and dorsal roots of spinal cord segments cervical 8(C 8)-thoracic2(T 2) were severed.Extracellular recordings were made from the dorsal root ganglion T 1 34.1%(28/82) units recorded were responsive to both acute myocardial ischemia produced by pituitrin i.v. into rats and electric stimulation of acupoint NEIGUAN.There were time-dependent inhibition between the both exciting inputs.These findings suggest that there be the reflex connection between NEIGUAN point and heart,which may be one of the morphologic bases of meridians connecting viscera with extremeties.
