油井水泥复合型自愈合剂的研制和评价 被引量:4

摘要 为提高油井水泥自愈合剂的利用率,可以利用合适的壁材将自愈合剂包被起来,达到保护自愈合剂的功效。采用一种改性PVA作为包被剂,通过流化床制微胶囊法制成了一种油井水泥复合型自愈合剂XK—1。实验结果表明XK—1具有一定抗搅拌能力,能减少制浆过程中自愈合剂的损失,有效提高自愈合剂的利用率,增强自愈合效果。XK—1与CW—1水泥石微裂缝断面电镜扫描对比结果显示,XK—1水泥石断面产生了填充物质更多,能提供更长期的自愈合作用,自愈合效果明显提高。 In order to improve the utilization rate of the self-healing agent, appropriate wall-agent was used as the self-healing agentS package, which can reach the effect of protecting self-healing agent. A modified PVA was adopted as the wall-agent, microcapsule by fluidized bed system and a kind of oil well cement compound self-heal- ing agent XK-1 has been made. Experimental results show that the XK--1 has a certain mixing resistance, can decrease the loss of self-healing agent during the process of pulping, effectively improve the utilization rate of the self-healing agent, enhance the self-healing effect. According to the results of the electron microscopic scan, XK- 1 produced more filling material, and can provide more long-term self-healing effect, self-healing effect is improved obviously.
