摘要
研究了在采用分步酸浸工艺处理高铁铝土矿新工艺中,低温酸浸过程主要工艺条件对矿物中铁、铝、钪等有价元素走向的影响,以及酸浸液后续萃取分离过程的特点.结果表明:低温酸浸过程可实现矿物中的铁、铝分离,在浸出温度100℃、浸出时间60min、液固质量比20:1、搅拌速率500 r/min、粒度约-55μm、硫酸质量分数20%的低温酸浸条件下,矿物中的铁和钪的浸出率可分别达到95%和50%以上,铁、铝酸浸分离系数可达到80左右;浸出液可通过多级循环后萃取的方式提取其中的钪,在适宜的萃取条件下,钪的提取效率可达99%以上.
The low-temperature acid leaching and extraction performance of "two-step leaching" process for high-iron bauxite were investigated. The effects of temperature, acid concentration of leaching process and acid concentration of extraction process on the separation characteristics of elements were analyzed as well. The results showed that Fe and A1 in bauxite were separated by the low temperature acid leaching method, with the leaching temperature 100℃, leaching time 60 min, liquid-solid ratio 20: 1, rotary speed 500 r/min, particle sizes about - 55μm and the acid mass fraction 20%. The leaching efficiency of Fe and Sc were above 95% and 50% , respectively, while the separation factors between Fe and A1 were about 80. Through various stepwise circular and extraction treatment, the extraction rate of Sc in the leached liquid was above 99%.
