影响锆板轧制过程中宽展量因素的探讨 被引量:2

Research of Influencing Spread Factors of Zr Sheet in Rolling

摘要 对锆板在轧制过程中的宽展量进行了统计分析,主要研究了变形率和轧辊直径对锆板宽展的影响。并通过谢别尔公式,计算并确定了在2800 mm四辊可逆热轧机和1780 mm六辊冷轧机上轧制锆板过程中各工序的宽展系数,为板坯的尺寸设计提供了理论依据。 The statistical analysis of spread of Zr sheet was carried out in rolling. The effects of deformation rate and diameter of roller on spread of Zr sheet were mainly investigated. The coefficients of spread of 2800 mm four-high reversing hot rolling mill and 1780 mm six-roller cold rolling mill were calculated and defined in different process through count of Xiebieer formula, which provided a theoretical basis for the dimension design of blanks.
