神经电生理技术在运动生理学领域的应用 被引量:1

摘要 神经电生理技术发展到今天已经有近百年的历史,从亚细胞水平(如膜片钳记录技术)到行为学研究,如事件相关电位(event related potential,ERP);从非创伤性记录如脑电图技术(eleetroeneephalography,EEG)到离体记录,如在脑片上开展的胞内记录技术,该技术在生物、医学领域中得到广泛应用。神经电生理技术在运动生理学研究领域的应用始于上世纪三、四十年代,迄今为止,已为揭示运动控制、运动技能学习及运动性中枢疲劳等关键运动生理学问题的神经机制提供了强大的技术支持。
