摘要
目的 :研究应用以大剂量顺铂为主联合术前诱导化疗治疗口腔颌面部鳞癌和腺上皮癌的近期疗效和安全性。方法 :对 5 6例鳞癌 ,采用 VCP联合化疗方案 ,对 36例腺上皮癌采用 VC5 - Fu方案。化疗结束后 ,按照国际通用标准 ,对所治疗病例进行近期疗效分析 ,对药物的毒副反应进行观察。结果 :VCP方案治疗 5 6例鳞癌的近期有效率 (缓解率 )为 83.9% ,VC5 - Fu方案治疗 36例腺上皮癌的近期有效率为 6 3.9%。两组的总有效率为 73.9%。化疗的主要毒副反应为呕吐反应、骨髓抑制等。结论 :以大剂量顺铂为主联合术前诱导化疗的近期疗效是肯定的 ,在口腔颌面部晚期恶性肿瘤的综合治疗中应该推广使用。加强对机体的保护性措施 ,可提高联合诱导化疗的安全性和疗效。
砄bjective:To observe the short term effect of preoperative inductive combined chemotherapy with high dose of cisplatin in the treatment of oral squamous carcinoma and acinic epithelioma.Methods:VCP combined chemotherapy was used in 56 cases with oral squamous carcinoma and VC5 Fu combimned chemotherapy in 36 with acinic epithelioma. When chemotherapy had finished, the short term curative effect was analyzed according to international standard and side effects of the drugs were observed.Results: The short term curative rate of VCP in the cases with oral squamous carcinomas was 83.9%,that of VC5 Fu in those with acinic epithelioma was 63.9%. The short term total curative rate in the 2 gronps was 73.9%. The main side effects of the chemotherapy were vomit and arrest of bone marrow etc.Conclusion:The preoperative inductive combined chemotherapy with high cisplatin is feasible for the treatment of oral squamous cell carcinoma and acinic epithelioma.
