颌面部火器伤损伤组织几种主要细胞外基质变化的研究

摘要 目的探讨Ⅰ型胶原和Ⅲ型胶原、纤维粘连蛋白(fibronectin,FN)等几种主要细胞外基质在颌面部 火器伤损伤组织中的动态变化。方法选取24条杂种犬,采用7.62mm制式枪弹,建立颌面部火器伤动物 模型,应用免疫组化方法,对颌面部火器伤损伤组织中Ⅰ 型胶原、Ⅲ型胶原和 FN进行观察。结果 Ⅰ型胶 原和Ⅲ型胶原,以及FN分布在炎性细胞和成纤维细胞中阳性率较高,尤以炎性细胞聚集区最为明显。Ⅲ型 胶原主要在创伤早期含量较多,而Ⅰ型胶原和FN则分布较广,并且在损伤后持续呈高水平,FN在内皮细胞 中含量较为丰富。结论细胞外基质,尤其是Ⅰ型胶原和FN成份的变化在颌面部火器伤组织损伤反应中 起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the changes of extracellular matrix components(tyep Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen, fibronectin)in the tissue of maxillofacial firearm trauma.Methods Twenty-four dogs were wounded with 7.62mm bullets for an animal of maxillofacial firearm trauma, and several extracellular matrixes(ECMs) were studied by immunohis- tochemistry in postwounding conditions.Results Type Ⅰ collagen, typeⅢ collagen and fibronectin (FN) were abundant on both inflammatory cells and fibroblasts,especially the recruitment of inflammatory cells contributed mainly to the deposition of ECMs. The typeⅢcollagen was present at the early stage postwounding,in contrast,the type I collagen and FN were found extensively at any times in the examination, and FN was rich in endothelial cells. Conclusion These observations suggest an involvement of maxillofacial firearm trauma, and type I collagen and FN Play more important roles in the activation of many types of cells in the maxillofacial firearm trauma.
