摘要
为观察镁盐降氟水的安全性,探讨其对氟毒性的拮抗作用,选用昆明种小白鼠饮用镁盐降氟水及不同浓度的高氟水,做亚慢性毒性实验。结果显示,高氟组小鼠血清中羟脯氨酸水平及碱性磷酸酶活性显著升高,血清镁、钙水平显著降低。氟可致不同程度的胶原损伤、骨代谢异常。实验期限内,镁盐降氟水组动物生长发育水平、脏体比值、血清氟、钙及羟脯氨酸和碱性磷酸酶活性与对照组无显著差别。血清镁虽显著高于对照组但在正常生理范围内,提示镁盐降氟水不仅可以降低机体氟负荷,还具有通过补充镁盐拮抗氟的毒性作用。
An experimental model of subchronic poisoning was produced in kunming mice kept on a normal diet and defluorinated drinking water (DF) by magnesium salt, high fluoride and low fouoride in drinking water respectively. The results showed that some abnormal physiological functional indexes in serum occurred in high fouoride group. The levels of fluoride hydroxyproline (HOP) and ALP ase increased, whereas serum calcium, serum magne- sium decreased signficantly compared with those of control group. In the present study no any abnormal effects on the metabolism of collagen and bone was found in DF group compared with the control group. DF migh decrease the level of fluoride in animal body but also supply appropriate dosage of magnesium.
