摘要
依托电子商务,近年来快递行业飞速发展。日本快递的发展起步早,已进入成熟期,在网点、技术、服务等方面拥有丰富的经验,并且仍在不断地探索新的发展战略,这对中国民营快递企业有一定的启示。中国民营快递企业应结合国情,借鉴日本,在硬实力方面,活用零售店、引进先进技术、探索差异化服务,在软实力方面,完善质量服务体系、关怀员工。民营快递企业应重新定位自己的经营战略,寻找自己的经营出路,应对新一轮挑战。
In recent years, relying on ecommerce, the express delivery industry has had a rapid develop- ment. Japan Express stated early, matured and has extensive experience in the shop, technology and serv- ices. It continues to explore new development strategy and gives private express delivery companies in China some inspiration. Private express delivery companies in China should learn from Japan in conjunc- tion with the national conditions. In terms of hard power, should utilize retail stores, introduce advanced technology and explore the differentiated services. In terms of soft power, should improve the quality of service system and care staff. Private express delivery companies should be repositioning their business strategy, and find their own way out of operations to meet the challenges of a new round.
