摘要
由于工作负荷大、个人认识偏差、社会职业认同感低、晋升难度大等因素的影响,高校学术期刊编辑在工作中容易产生职业倦怠,这不但影响了工作效率,并且对编辑自身身心有极大损害。因此,高校学术期刊编辑应该正确的认识自我,自我调节;积极改变,自我悦纳。同时,有关部门也应提供组织支持来帮助高校学术期刊编辑摆脱倦怠,激发其工作热情,从而提高其工作效率。
Because of the professional characteristics such as heavy workload, personal understanding deviation, low social occupation identity and the promotion difficulty, the editors of academic journals in universities are easily confronted with occupation burnout, which will have a great influence in efficiency and cause great damage to their mind and body. Therefore, the editors of academic journals in universities must adopt positive self-awareness, self-adjustment and self-acceptance. Meanwhile, the organizations must help the editors overcome occupation burnout and stimulate their work enthusiasm in order to improve work efficiency.
