摘要
人力资源开发是构建和谐社会的重要手段之一,但残疾群体一直都被排斥在人力资源开发之外。教育是实现人力资源开发的最重要途径之一,成人教育是大教育系统的重要组成部分,其在残疾群体人力资源开发中具有无法替代的功能和效应。尝试性地提出在残疾群体人力资源开发中的成人教育救助建议,希望能够促进残疾群体人力资源得到有效的开发与配置。
Human resource development is an important means of building a harmonious society, but the disabled people have been excluded from the development of human resources. This paper offers necessary strategies for the adult education of disabled people.
