摘要
目的:探析口腔修复疗法(以下简称为修复疗法)对先天性缺牙(以下简称为先天缺牙)患者的临床作用及效果。方法:2010年2月-2013年2月经笔者所在医院确诊为该病的病患共计68例,对其实施修复疗法,对比治疗后效果以及治疗前后病患满意度情况。结果:治疗成功例数为66例,比率为97.06%,显著高于治疗失败例数2例,比率为2.94%。同时成功者矫治平均时长为(9.0±2.8)个月,显著少于失败者(13.0±0.1)个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后病患满意为77.94%(53/68),显著高于治疗之前0;治疗后病患不满意为2.94%(2/68),显著低于治疗之前67.65%(46/68),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对先天缺牙病患实施修复疗法,可以改善病患缺牙症状,缩短治疗时间,同时提升满意度,效果显著,值得临床推荐。
Objective： To analyse the function and effect of oral rehabilitation therapy（hereinafter referred to as ORT） for 68 cases of patients with congenital missing teeth＇s（hereinafter referred to as CMT）.Method： From February 2010 to February 2013 in our hospital, a total of 68 cases patients were diagnosed with the disease, which were treated with ORT, then compared the effect after treatment and patients＇ satisfaction degree before and after the treatment.Result： The number of cases of successful treatment had 66 cases, the ratio was 97.06%, 2 cases of failing treatment, the ratio was 2.94%.And the success cases average length of treatment were （9.0± 2.8）months, was significantly less than the failure group of （13.0±0.1）months（P〈0.05）.Patient satisfaction degree after treatment was 77.94%（53/68）, which was significantly higher than before treatment.Patient dissatisfied degree after treatment was 2.94%（2/68）, which was lower than before treatment 67.65% （46/68）, the difference was statistically signifieant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Using ORT to treat patients with CMT can improve symptoms, short the treatment time and improve satisfaction degree, the effect is significant and worthy of recommendation.
