摘要
以韭菜品种"中华韭神"为材料,在盆栽条件下,研究了不同质量浓度硅肥对韭菜产量及品质的影响。结果表明:施用硅肥可显著提高韭菜产量,增加韭菜株高,改善韭菜的品质。当硅肥质量浓度为0.27%时,韭菜产量及叶绿素、维生素C、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量都明显增加,并达到最大值。随着硅肥浓度的升高,韭菜的产量和品质呈先增加后降低的趋势。
The effect of silicon fertilizer with different concentrations on the yield and quality of Chinese chive is studied by using 'Zhonghuajiushen' as the material in a pot experiment. The results show that the effect of silicon fertilizer can significantly increase the yield, the plant height, and the quality of Chinese chive. When the concentration of silicon fertilizer is 0.27 ~, the yield and the content of chlorophyll, vitamin C, soluble sugar and soluble protein of Chi- nese chive significantly increase, and reach the maximum. With the concentration of silicon fer- tilizer increasing, the yield and quality of Chinese chive increase first and then decrease.
