摘要
采用实验性蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)大鼠模型 ,以荧光分光光度法研究尼莫地平 (Nim)对 SAH后脑皮质内去甲肾上腺素 (NE) ,多巴胺 (DA) ,5-羟色胺 (5- HT)和 5-羟吲哚乙酸 (5- HIAA)等水平的影响 .结果显示 ,SAH后 48h脑皮质内 NE,5- HT和5- HIAA的水平均显著升高 ,Nim(1 .0 mg· kg-1ip,术前 1 h开始注射 ,每 6h重复 1次 ,共计 9次 )可明显降低 SAH后脑皮质内 NE ,5- HT和 5-HIAA的水平 ;DA的水平均无明显变化 .结果说明Nim可有效改善
The experimental rat subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) model was employed to investigate the effect of nimodipine (Nim) on levels of monoamine neurotransmitters in the cerebral cortex 48 h after SAH. The levels of norepinephrine(NE), dopamine(DA), 5 hydroxytryptamine(5 HT) and 5 hydroxyindoleacetic acid(5 HIAA) were measured by fluorospectrophotometry. The result showed an extensive increase in levels of NE, 5 HT and 5 HIAA in the cerebral cortex at 48 h after SAH. DA had a tendency to increase without significance. Nim (1 mg·kg -1 ip, firstly at 1 h before SAH, other 8 repeated injections given at 6 h intervals.) could effectively decrease the concentration of NE, 5 HT and 5 HIAA in the cerebral cortex after SAH. The data suggest that the Nim significantly ameliorate the metabolic disorder of monoamine neurotransmitters in the cerebral cortex after SAH.
