切口疝的治疗策略

摘要 对于腹股沟疝的治疗来说，人工合成网片的使用是一场革命。但是，其对于切口疝的治疗效果却不令人满意。切口疝具有发病率高、复发率高和术后并发症多的特点。在美国每年进行大约200万例剖腹手术，其中2％-11％的患者在术后2年内发生切口疝，每年实施约10万例切口疝修补术。由于远期疗效较差，很多外科医师不愿意进行切口疝修补手术。
