摘要
本文主要针对莱钢120吨转炉系统中的转炉倾动控制部分进行了设计。文中较为详尽的介绍了转炉倾动的计算机控制系统组成及其软件结构,并对基于矢量控制方案进行了探讨研究。提出一种新的转炉倾动装置的控制方法,该方法区别于传统主从控制方法,通过PLC与变频器的通信,实现主从控制与速度控制的无扰切换,最终实现转炉倾动系统的平稳停车。
In this paper,the control design of the 120 tons BOF converter tilting system in laiwu iron steel group was introduced.The computer control system of the converter tilting and software structure of control system was introduced in detail,in the same time the vector control program was carried out to explore research.This paper presents a new control method of tilting furnace.Our method differs from traditional master-control methods:Through the communication between PLC and Variable-frequency Drive,non-disturbance shifting among the master-slave control and speed control is realized,and finally realize the steady stopping in stopping system of converter tilting system.
