摘要
搬迁不仅会导致社会资本受损,而且给人力资源和自然资源带来重新调整组合的变化,对每个家庭今后的生活水准产生较大的变量,甚至是严重的打击。社会资本是以重要的资本形式存在于社会体系中的,与人力资源不同。重建移民虽然可以维持基本生计,但是没有社会的保障体系,很难得到共享经济效益的机会。文章根据贵州实际工程案例,探讨了水库建设对移民可持续生计的影响及重建路径。
Resettlement only results in the damage for social capitals, but also the change due to the readjustment of human resources and natural resources, it will change the living standard for the families affected in the future, even bring about a severe strike for their life.
