摘要
要培养创新型外语人才,首先要加大教育投入。其次,要加强对外语教师的培训以提高教师的综合素质和创新能力。最后,要重视对学生实践能力的培养,从而提高他们创新性解决问题的能力。
To train innovative foreign langnage talents ,firstly, education investments should be increased. Secondly, the training of foreign language teachers should be strengthened to improve their comprehensive qualities and innovative abilities. Lasdy, the trainine of students＇ practical ability should be stressed to improve their abilities of solvin~ oroblems innovatively.
