摘要
反腐关乎党的生死存亡,意义重大,然而,从早期的思想反腐到后来的制度反腐,虽然做出过不少努力,效果却并不显著,究其实,是没有按照人性化的要求进行。对此,本文从对政府官员的激励和约束两个方面进行分析,以得到符合人性化的反腐思路。
Anti-corruption is of great significance which influences the party＇s survival fight corruption from the early thoughts of anti-corruption to the later system of anti-corruption, the effect is not obvious. The reason is not in accordance with the re- quirements of the human＇s need. According to this, this article analyzes the incentive and restraint of government officials in order to get in line with the humanization of anti-corruption.
