摘要
目的 观察中药桃红四物汤加减与西药甲氨喋呤 (MTX)单次静脉点滴治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法 从 2 4 3例异位妊娠中随机抽取 36例 (有保守治疗适应症 ) ,分成中西医结合治疗组 (A组 ) 18例 ,用桃红四物汤加减水煎服与甲氨喋呤 50mg/m2 加生理盐水 10 0ml,一次性静脉点滴治疗。中药治疗组 (B组 )单纯用桃红四物汤加减治疗。用药后观察患者的自觉症状和一般情况 ,隔日测尿绒毛膜促性腺激素 (HCG) 3次阴性和定期测血 β -HCG、B超检查直至正常。 结果 A组 2例保守治疗失败 ,成功率达 88.89%。B组 11例保守治疗失效 ,成功率达 38.89% ,成功率A组优于B组 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 中西医结合治疗异位妊娠 ,发挥了中西药各自的效果 ,起到了协同、互补的作用 ,增强了杀胚的力度 ,使血 β -HCG降至正常 ,自觉症状及包块消失所需要的时间缩短 ,疗效明显增高。
Objective To analyze clinical effect of integration of TCM and Western medicine on heteropic pregnancy. Methods 36 patients with heteropic pregnancy from 243 cases were divided into two groups. In treatment group (n=18) combination of TCM (Taohong Siwu decoction) and routine western medicine (intravenous infusion of Methotrexate and physical salt solution) was utilized. In control groups (n=18) only treatment of TCM (Taohong Siwu decoction) was carried on. Clinical effects were evaluated by observation of general cases and serum HCG. Results Total effective rate in treatment group (88.89%) was significantly higher than that in control group (38.89%,P<0.05). Conclusions Integration of TCM and Western Medicine can effectively treat heteropic pregnancy.
