摘要
数码相机镜筒模具型芯部件由1个型芯座和6个型芯滑块件组成,型芯座和型芯滑块之间采用燕尾槽装配结构,型芯部件对尺寸精度、圆柱度等技术要求十分严格。为满足零件加工和装配技术要求,科学合理设计加工工艺,同时设计合理的加工治具,确保零件的加工质量。
Mould core of digital camera lens barrel consists of one core base and six core slide blocks, their structure characteristics is dovetail groove, technical requirements is strict about outside diameter dimension and cylindrieity. The special processing technology was designed to achieve the requirements of parts processing and assembly. It was also important to design ingenious processing fixture. So machining quality of the part can be insured.
