摘要
为降低L-苹果酸双效蒸发能耗,将机械压缩式热泵应用于蒸发流程中。Ⅰ效蒸发器二次蒸气经过机械压缩式热泵增压后作为Ⅰ效部分加热热源。分析表明机械压缩式热泵应用于L-苹果酸蒸发流程中可以有效降低蒸发系统的总能耗。
In order to reduce the consumption of L-malic acid double-effect evaporation, mechanical compressed heat pump was introduced into the evaporation process. The secondary steam pressured by mechanical compressed heat pump was used as partial heat source of I effect evaporation. The research shows that the application of mechanical compressed heat pump in L-malic acid evaporation can effectively reduce the energy consumption of evaporation system.
