摘要
介绍了屏蔽门样机型式试验方法,包括密封试验、结构性能试验、噪声试验、动能速度曲线试验、加速寿命试验、关门力试验、障碍物试验等,给出了相应的评定参数或参考办法。通过屏蔽门样机型式试验,可以检验屏蔽门的设计、材料选型、生产、安装、调试等环节是否满足技术文件要求,为后续的大批量生产提供技术支持。
The type test is for metro platform screen door system, including the system design, material selection, product installation and adjustment, to judge if the system could satisfy the document requirements, and provide technical support for the follow-up mass production. In the paper, the prototype machine is described in details, which has passed seal test, structural performance test, noise test, kinetic energy test on speed curve, accelerated life test, closing force test and obstacle test, etc., some evaluation parameters and referential approaches are proposed.
