摘要
目的：应用常规治疗与温水红花油浴按摩治疗新生儿硬肿症，观察其疗效并探讨其机制。方法：将３２例新生儿硬肿症随机分成两组，对照组１６例用温箱复温及一般常规治疗；治疗组１６例在对照组治疗基础上加用温水红花油浴及按摩治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率９３．７５％，时照组总有效率５６．２５％，两组经统计学处理有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：温水红花油浴按摩治疗新生儿硬肿症疗效显著，其机理主要是活血化淤，促进血液及淋巴液循环，增强新陈代谢。
Object: To observe the curative effect and probe into the mechanism throughout treating scleroderma neonatorum with rutine treatment and massage. Methods: 32 cases of scleroderma neonatorum were randomly divided into two groups : a control group (16 cases) treated by incubator and rutine treatment; a test group (16 also) added massage with lukewarm safflower oil in the treatment as above group. Result: The total effect in the test group is 93. 75 % and that in the control group 56. 25 %. There is a significant difference between them (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Massage with lukewarm saf- flower oil is a better therapy in treating scleroderma neonatorum. The machanism mainly is promoting b1ood and lympha cir- culation and improving metabo1ism.
