摘要
目的:研究栀子柏皮汤及其拆方的保肝利胆作用,为探讨栀子柏皮汤的组方原理提供实验依据。方法:采用四氯化碳(CCl4)引起的急性肝损伤小鼠模型观察栀子柏皮汤及其拆方的保肝作用;采用正常大鼠胆总管引流的方法,观察药物的利胆作用。结果:栀子柏皮汤及各含栀子配伍药对均可降低CCl4所致肝损伤小鼠血清ALT、AST及肝组织中MDA水平,并显著提高正常大鼠胆汁流量及胆汁内胆红素含量,其中栀子黄柏配伍保肝利胆作用效果最佳。结论:栀子柏皮汤具有保肝利胆作用,其君药栀子在方中发挥重要作用,栀子和黄柏交互协同,发挥清热利湿作用。
Objective：To investigate the effect of Zhizi Baipi soup and its disassembled prescription on protecting liver and improving choleresis and explore the regularity of Zhizi Baipi soup composition. Methods：The model of mouse liver injury induced by carbon tetraehlofide（ CC14 ）was used to observe the effects of Zhizi Baipi soup and its disassembled prescription by oral adminstration, the bile volume was determinied by common bile duct drainage. Resuhs：Zhizi Baipi soup and each treatment group with gardenia could significantly inhibit the increased serum ATL and AST activities, reduce hver MDA level, and significantly promote the bile flow and bilirubin in bile in normal rats. Conclusion：Zhizi Baipi soup has effects on protecting liver and increasing bile secretion, its monarch drug, gardenia plays an important role in the decoction, the effect of eliminating dampness and heat are mainly ascribed to the synergic effect of gardenia and phellodendron.
