摘要
我国绿色建筑和绿色施工评价体系已经初步建立,但关于绿色施工中外评价标准的对比研究还较少。本文通过将英国BREEAM评估体系中施工相关的内容与国内绿色施工评价相关标准进行对比,分析了评价方法、评价要素等方面的共性与差异,并基于此对国内绿色施工评价相关标准提出修订建议。
The evaluation system for domestic green building and Green Construction is gradually established, however, the relevant research is limited. By comparing the British BREEAM and domestic evaluation standard of green construction, the article obtains the similarities and the differences between the BREEAM and domestic standard about evaluation method and elements, and puts forward the viewpoint of evaluation standard of domestic green construction.
