摘要
石油钻机的传动系统是将原动机的动力传递并分配给工作机的关键系统,合理地选择钻机系统的传动形式,可以提高石油钻机的动力性能,使工作机满足钻井工艺要求,并取得良好的经济性和综合效益。本文对比分析了非可调式液力变矩器、调速型液力偶合器、导叶可调式液力变矩器三种液力传动装置用于石油钻机传动系统的优缺点,重点探讨了导叶可调式液力变矩器用于石油钻机的传动方案,通过数值分析的方法,以现有的某种型号非可调式离心涡轮液力变矩器为参考基型,改进和优化了导叶可调式液力变矩器叶栅系统,为进一步开发导叶可调式液力变矩器用于石油钻机的传动奠定基础。
The transmission system of drilling rig is the critical system of power transmission and power distribution from prime mover to the working machine. A reasonable choice of transmission form of the transmission system can improve the dynamic performance of drilling rig, make the working machine to meet the drilling process requirements, and achieve good economic and comprehensive benefits. The research on the new type adjustable guide vane hydrodynamic torque converter layed a foundation for further developing drilling rig transmission system.
