摘要
目的探讨生物反馈联合整体护理治疗膀胱过度活动疗效。方法 52例膀胱过度活动患者分为两组,治疗组给予生物反馈联合整体护理,对照组给予托特罗定,治疗2个月后观察疗效、副反应、遵医嘱程度。结果治疗组与对照组比较,治愈率、遵医嘱程度显著升高,显效率、副反应发生率显著下降(P<0.05),两组治疗后24h排尿次数均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),两组治疗后24h排尿次数、无效率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生物反馈联合整体护理患者遵医嘱程度高,可以明显减轻膀胱过度活动患者症状,副作用少。
Objective To study the clinical effects of biofeedback combined with holistic nursing care in treating overactive bladder. Methods 52 patients suffered with OAB were divided in two groups. Biofeedback combined with holistic nursing care and toherodine tartrate tablets were used in different group respectively.Curative effects,side effects and rates of following doctor were recorded after 2 months. Results After 2 months treatment,the curative effects and rates of following doctor increased significantly in treatment group（P 〈 0.05）.The improvement and side effects significantly decreased in treatment group, （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Biofeedback combined with holistic nursing care was a good methods for OAB which could relieve symptoms and have few side effects.
