摘要
目的探讨全程护理服务对脑血管造影术患者的影响。方法将92例脑血管造影术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各46例,对照组患者给予常规护理措施,观察组患者给予全程护理服务,对两组患者的手术依从性、手术疼痛程度及并发症情况进行比较。结果观察组84.78%患者手术依从性好,明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者疼痛程度主要为0级和Ⅰ级占93.47%,而比较组患者疼痛程度主要为Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级占78.25%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论全程护理服务能缓解患者的紧张情绪,降低手术疼痛程度,提高手术依从性。
Objective To explore the influence of whole course nursing services on the patients receiving cerebral angiography. Methods Ninety-two patients receiving cerebral angiography were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 46 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing measures and the observation group was given whole course nursing services. The surgical compliance, surgical pain degree and complications of the two groups were compared. Results 84.78% of the observation group showed good surgical compliance, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01）. The main pain degrees of the observation group were Grade 0 and Grade I , accounting for 93.47%, and the main pain degrees of the control group were Grade II and Grade m , accounting for 78.25%, with statistical significances between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The whole course nursing services can relieve patients＇ tension, reduce surgical pain degree and promote surgical compliance.
