摘要
本文以天然钙基膨润土为原料,在对其钠化改性的基础上,以吉米齐表面活性剂(Gemini31524)和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDS)为复合改性剂,对其进行有机改性,所得阴-阳离子型有机膨润土经X光衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR),热失重分析(TGA)进行表征。研究了阴-阳离子型有机膨润土对废水中大红涂料的吸附性能及影响因素。结果表明,复合改性剂已有效进入膨润土层间,其层间距由1.26nm扩大至2.10nm;用此有机膨润土处理浓度为500mg/L的大红涂料废水,当投土量为1g/L、50℃、pH5、吸附时间为25min时,去除率可达99.86%,最大吸附量为399.84mg/g。阴-阳离子型有机膨润土对大红涂料的吸附规律符合Freundlich吸附等温式,吸附动力学遵循Langmuir速率方程所描述的规律。
In this paper, natural calcium base bentonite as raw material, on the basis of the chemical modifica- tion of sodium, the organic bentonite was prepared by using surfactant Gemini (31524) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as composite modifier. The anion - cation organic bentonite was characterized by using X - ray diffraction a- nalysis (XRD), infrared spectroscopic analysis (IR), thermo gravimetric analysis(TG). Studied the adsorption performance and influence factors of bright red in wastewater by anion - cation organic bentonite . Analysis showed that modifed reagent has intercalated into the layers of bentonite and the spacing of bentonite layers increases from 1.26 nm to 2.10 nm; When using the organic bentonite treatment 150mg/L of bright red paint wastewater, the a- mount of organicbentonite was lg/L, 50℃ ,pHS, adsorption time was 25 min, removal rate could reach 99.86%, and the maximum adsorption capacity is 399.84mg/g. According to the adsorption isotherm curves of bright red on anion - cation organic bentonite, the adsorption isotherm corresponds to the form of Langmuir isotherm.. The ad- sorption kinetics followed the laws of Langmuir.
