摘要
本文报道了吉林省寄生于蛙类的四种复殖吸虫,其中一新种定名为:敦化发状吸虫Gorgodera(Mediodera)dunhua sp.nov.,并记录了蛙肺嗜血吸虫Pneumoneces sibiricus japonicus(Yamaguti,1936)、幼稚涅泥吸虫Loxogenes liberum Seno,1908及日本重盘吸虫Diplodiscus iaponicus(Yamaguti,1936)及其国内新宿主——金线蛙Rana plancyi。
Four species of trematodes were collected and identified in the investigation of trema-tode fauna of frogs from Jilin Province, during 1986-1988.One of them is new to science. The type and paratype are deposited in the Department of Parasitology of our university.1. Gorgodera (Mediodera) dunhua sp. nov. (fig.1,2,3)The trematode elongate, leaf-shaped, 4.00-6.32 ×1.03-1.50 (average 5.36)mm, the body surface smooth. Oral sucker subterminal with diameter 0.41-0.49(0.45)mm, no pharynx, esophagus short(0.24mm). Ceca simple, terminating near posterior extremity. Acetabu-Ium 0.46-0.57 × 0.57-0.66mm, in anterior fourth of the body. Testes divided into several irregularly shaped bodies with deep lobes, arranged in two longitudinal rows in the posterior half of body, five in the ovary side, and four in the other side, its size 0.289-0.485 × 0.165 -0.207(0.352 × 0.210)mm. No cirrus pouch. Seminal vesicle preacetabular, elliptic, average 0.150 × 0.125mm. Male and female genital pores located abreast behind the intestinal bifurcation. The ovary nephroid with smooth surface. Vitellaria lobed, divided into two groups with 6-8 lobes in each group, Mehlis' gland and ootype between the left and the right groups of vilellaria. Uterine coils confined to intercecal field and extended to extracecal field of hind-body. Egg oval, 0.032-0.041 × 0.026-0.027mm. Excretory vesicle tubular.The new species is similar to G. (Extremodera) australiensis Johnston, 1912 and to G. (Mediodera) pagenstecheri Sinitzin, 1905, but cm be distinguished from them by the characters listed in table 1.Host Rana plancyi.Losation Urinary bladder.Locality Dunhua County (43°16'N, 128°6'E).2.
