乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎抗病毒治疗策略 被引量：1

摘要 全世界大约三分之一的人感染过乙型肝炎（乙肝）病毒（hepatitis B virus，HBV），其中慢性HBV感染3500万左右。HBV的泛嗜性可直接或间接诱发肾小球。肾炎。我国是HBV感染的高流行区，部分地区肾活检资料统计显示，乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎（HBV—associated glomerulonephri—tis，HBV-GN）约占肾活检病例的3．5%，是常见继发性肾小球疾病之一。HBV-GN病理改变及临床表现复杂多样，包含肾小球病变的各种疾病谱。
