摘要
产业链在国内受到热捧,国外则更关注产业集群。产业链创新可加快集群经济发展。产业链纵向结构创新促进范围经济,产业链横向结构创新促进规模经济,兼顾纵向与横向创新是结构创新根本;关键环节嵌入式创新强化范围经济,共性环节嵌入式创新扩大规模经济,联系环节嵌入式创新促进集群系统协调;产业链融合创新兼具结构创新与嵌入式创新,联系环节创新促进产业链创新融合,并使差异化经济、规模经济和范围经济三者得到兼容。产业链创新既需环节设计、更需系统设计,设计能力很重要但须以制造能力为前提,复杂产品对设计与制造能力提出更高要求,产业链环节越分越细,中小企业获得更多机会,必须重视来自底层的创新力量。
Industrial chain has aroused great attention in China, while the research abroad is more concerned with industrial clusters. Industrial chain innovation can accelerate the cluster economic development. The vertical structure of the industry chain innovation promotes the economies of scope ; the horizontal structure of the industry chain innovation promotes the economies of scale ; the vertical and horizontal innovation is the basis of structure innovation. The key aspects of embedded innovation include strengthening the economies of scope, expanding the economy scale of the common link embedded innovation, and promoting the cluster coordination by the contact link embedded innovation. The integration of industrial chain innovation including structural innovation, embedded innovation, the contact link innovation can promote the integration of industrial chain innovation and make differentiated economy, economies of scale and economies of scope. Industrial chain innovation needs not only process design, but also system design. Design capability is very important, but the manufacturing capacity should be regarded as a precondition. Complex product design imposes higher demand on manufacturing capabilities. Industrial chain links become ever smaller, which means more opportunities to small and medium enterprises. The underlying strength of innovation should never be neglected.
