摘要
以企业网络理论和企业能力理论为基础,通过对268家知识密集型服务企业问卷调查,运用结构方程模型,对知识密集型服务企业网络位置、组织学习和企业能力之间的关系进行实证研究,结果表明中心度对企业能力有显著的直接影响,组织学习在中心度对企业能力的影响中发挥部分中介作用,在结构洞和弱关系对企业能力的影响中发挥完全中介作用。企业应重视网络位置建设,提升组织学习机制,强化网络位置的利用效率,提高企业能力。
Based on the theory of enterprise network and enterprise ability, authors obtain the data through conducting questionnaires on 268 companies in knowledge intensive business service. Authors use the empirical research to study the relationship between network location, organization learning and enterprise ability in knowledge intensive business service through structure equation model. The results indicate that the degree of the center has significant effects on the improve- ment of enterprise ability directly. The organization learning plays a partial intermediating role between the degree of the center and enterprise ability, a full mediating role between holes and the enterprise ability, and between weak relationship and enterprise ability. Therefore, enterprises should pay more attention to the network location, and make full use of organ- ization learning mechanism to improve the enterprise ability.
