摘要
IT能力定义为由IT资源组成的系统,是企业从IT投资中获得竞争优势的来源。将其内部结构划分为战略整合能力、业务与IT系统整合能力、IT系统使用能力,对三种能力之间的作用关系建立理论结构模型并提出相应的假设;以国内260家企业为调研对象,利用结构方程模型和多元回归方法对理论结构模型进行检验,并对检验结果进行分析,最后提出进一步研究的方向。
IT capability is the resource of competitive advantage from IT input. IT capability is a system comprised of integral capability of strategy, integral capability of business process and IT system, usage capability of IT system. A theoretical model is built to illustrate their interactive relation and the hypothesis is put forward. On the basis of the 260 firms, the model is tested and analyzed with structural equation model and multi - regressive analysis. At last, the forthcoming research topic is put forward.
